Girls Who Get Engaged and then Post Pictures of Their Ring on Facebook
Okay, that?s nice and all that you got engaged. And in the grand scheme of things, all your fianc? had to do was give you a rock which you perceive to have magical values. But do you really need to subject me to the ?I?m better than you are because I have a ring that says someone loves me? pictures? Are you gloating because you have a shiny new rock? I bet I could walk down the beach and find a bunch of shiny rocks. Are you gloating because your fianc? had to suck it up and pay through the nose to say how much he loves you? Maybe I?m just a realist, but to me it?s a rock set in some metal. Mostly, I get bothered because all too often the pictures that get posted don’t even include the guy you’re supposed to be so in love with. Show me pictures of you and your happy fianc?, and I?ll be more impressed. After all, which do you love more?
